某工程大面积超厚钢筋混凝土地坪要求一次浇筑,面层随浇随抹,原浆压光,一次成型,地面浇筑的速度控制、地坪标高及表面平整度控制成为施工难点,因此采取了一系列技术措施,满足了表面光洁、无裂纹、无起砂等质量要求,平整度偏差均小于3mm。

In the construction of the super Large-sized reinforced concrete ground of a project, it is required that the concrete be place in one time, with surface being toweled to form pressed finish with the newly placed mortar simultaneously. The construction difficulty is how to control the placing speed, floor elevation and surface leveling. A serial of measures are taken to satisfy the quality requirements in respects of surface smoothness, non-crack, and non-dusting, with deviation in level being controlled below 3 mm.
