摘要
目的 :研究盆炎净颗粒剂的体内外抑菌作用。方法 :以妇乐冲剂、洁霉素、庆大霉素、制霉菌素作为对照 ,采用琼脂稀释法测定 8种致病菌的最低抑菌浓度。以妇乐冲剂为对照 ,测定盆炎净颗粒剂对金葡菌感染小鼠的半数保护量。结果 :盆炎净对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿色假单胞菌、奇异变形杆菌、白色念珠菌有较好的抑菌作用 ,且优于妇乐冲剂。盆炎净颗粒剂对于金葡菌引起小鼠感染具有很强的体内保护作用 ,且明显优于妇乐冲剂。结论 :盆炎净颗粒剂对多种致病菌具有抑制作用 ,有较强的临床应用价值。
Objective: We want to detect Penyanjing Granules' bacteriostatic effect in vitro and in vivo. Methods: We oppose it against Fule granules, Lincomycin, Gentamycin and Nystatin, applied agar dilution method to detect MIC of eight pathogenic bacteria. With Fule Granules as the control group, we detect ED50 of Penyanjing Granules for infected mice by Staphylococcus aureus. Results: Penyanjing Granules has better inhibiting effect for Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus hemolyticus, Enterococci, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, protues mirablilis and Candida albicans, and is better than Fule granules. Penyanjing granules has better protective effect for infected mice by staphylococcus aureus in vivo, and is exceed to Fule granules obviously. Conclusion: Penyanjing Granules had inhibiting effect for many pathogenic bacteria, and has stronger clinical value.
