高效液相色谱法测定补气和血胶囊中芍药苷的含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Buqihexue Capsules by HPLC

目的 :建立补气和血胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法 :HPL C法 ,采用 ODS- C1 8,0 .1%磷酸溶液 -乙腈 (85∶15 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 30 nm,流速 1.2 ml/ min。结果 :芍药苷在 0 .0 98～ 0 .4 90 μg范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 98.7%。结论 :该方法简便、快捷、重现性好 ,适用于补气和血胶囊中芍药苷的定量分析。

Objective:To establish the method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Buqihexue Capsules.Methods:HPLC method was set up, using ODS-C 18 column, the mobile phase was water (containing 0.1% phosphoric acid)-acetontrile (15∶85), the UV detection wavelength was 230 nm, with a flow rate of 1.2 ml/min.Results:A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.098～0.490 μg(r=0.999 9) for paeoniflorin. The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 98.7%, respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid and with better reproducibility for the determination of paeoniflorin in Buqihexue Capsules.
