摘要
目的 :观察中药白花蛇舌草对小鼠抗体形成细胞的作用。方法 :用 10 0 %白花蛇舌草水浸出液定期给小鼠灌胃 ,然后进行小鼠抗体产生能力、血清 Ig G检测。结果 :用药组小鼠两项免疫学指标均显著升高 ,与对照组相比有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。未见有副作用。结论 :白花蛇舌草有明显促进抗体形成细胞的作用。
Objective:To research the effect of ODR on the antibody-forming cell of mice.Methods:After filled stomaches of mice with 100% ODR water extract for 15 days, one time every day, antibody production and serum immunoglobulin were tested.Results:The immune function in the ODR group was improved remarkably compared with those in the control group.Conclusion:ODR could enhance antibody-forming cell obviously.
