高效液相色谱法测定龟鹿养生液中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of Icariin in Guilu Yangsheng Liquid by HPLC

目的 :制定龟鹿养生液中淫羊藿苷的含量控制标准。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法对方中的淫羊藿苷进行含量测定 ,采用 Discovery C1 84 .6× 15 0 mm,流动相 :乙腈 - 0 .0 2 5 mol/ L 磷酸溶液 (30∶ 70 ) ,检测波长 2 70 nm。结果 :在 0 .178～0 .894 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为 97.8% (n=9) ,RSD=1.4 2 %。结论 :该方法简便 ,准确。

Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of icariin in Guilu Yangsheng liquid.Methods:HPLC was employed. With Discovery column C 18 , the mobile phase was acetonirile-0.025 mol/L phosphoric acid (30∶70). The detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results:The icarin sample showed a good relationship at the range of 0.178～0.894 μg,r=0.999 2. The average recovery of add sample was 97.8%, RSD was 1.42%.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate.
