脑活素及血活素治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床观察

摘要 目的 :通过对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)采用脑活素、血活素治疗的疗效观察 ,寻找新的治疗措施。方法 :随机将90例 HIE新生儿分成 3组 : 组 (脑活素治疗组 )、 组 (血活素治疗组 )、 组 (对照组 ) ,比较三组新生儿的 NABA评分 ,血清心肌酶谱恢复正常及预后情况。结果 :脑活素、血活素组 NBNA评分及预后方面与对照组比较均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,且用血活素组在心肌酶谱恢复正常方面有显著作用 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :脑活素、血活素对 HIE的治疗有较好疗效。
