论医疗事故罪的法定刑配置及其完善

我国现行刑法对医疗事故罪的法定刑的规定存在着刑种过于单一、幅度太低等问题 ,这些问题应从增加“罚金刑”、“资格刑”以及提高法定刑幅度等方面入手进行解决。
