《公安民警必须具备的基本素质》一文是云南省公安厅厅长江普生于今年 9月到我校进行专题讲座的缩写稿。该文紧紧围绕省公安厅党委提出的全省公安队伍建设的奋斗目标即 :“努力建设一支高素质的 ,廉洁高效的 ,人民群众满意的公安队伍。”着重就公安民警必须具备的基本素质进行了深入浅出的分析和阐述。江厅长在讲座过程中 ,穿插了许多有针对性的实例进行论证 ,博得了全校师生的阵阵掌声。大家一致认为“受益匪浅” !公安民警应具备的基本素质包括政治素质、法律素质、业务素质、科技素质、体能素质等五个方面。如何培养和造就适应新世纪公安机关艰苦复杂工作的、合格的、具有较高素质的后备人才 ,公安院校任重道远。

The necessary quality of the policemen includes five points such as p olitical law specialization,Science and physical quality.There will be a long way to educate and build qualified,high-quality talents to meet the need of complicated public security work in the new century.
