通过对体育教学与训练中的“高原现象”产生原因的分析 ,指出“高原现象”和“生理极限”的区别。并提出了克服“高原现象”
This essay analyses the cause of 'highland phenomenon' in physical teaching and training and points out the difference between 'Highland phenomenon' and 'physiology limit'. It also puts forward methods to overcome 'highland phenomenon'.
