通过资料查询、问卷调查、现场观察等方法研究考察女大学生体育课堂求助与不求助的心理原因。研究结果表明 ,女大学生体育课堂求助的主要心理原因体现在促进知识掌握和由于任务困难两方面 ,女大学生体育课堂不求助的主要心理原因是为了独立掌握和无须帮助两方面 ,此外 。

By inquiring material,examination and investagation,observation on the sport studied female students' psychological cause of asking for help and without asking in physical class. The result indicated that the main psychological cause of asking for help embodied two sides:One is to promote mastering knowledge,the other one is to master knowledge independently,otherwise,some problems have been discovered.
