摘要
通过对 6 0名 18~ 2 0岁女大学生每周参加不同强度的健美操锻炼后 ,身体形态和心肺功能指标的测试 ,表明一定 (不同 )强度的健美操训练对提高女生身体素质、改善心肺功能。
We test the figure and function of heart and lung of 60 female college students(from 18 to 20) after they take part in the weekly robust exercise with different intensity. The result indicates that the robust exercise with different intensity is helpful in improving female students' physical quality and the function of heart and lung.
