改良导管切除术成功治疗乳头溢液37例

Evaluation of modifier duct excision on 37 patients with nipple discharge

目的 :探讨乳头溢液的手术治疗方法 ,使手术范围更局限准确 ,减少复发率。方法 :回顾2 0 0 0年 1月至 2 0 0 3年 1月 37例乳头溢液病人的临床资料和随访结果。结果 :37例乳头溢液患者中 ,除 4例乳腺恶性肿瘤外 ,均接受乳腺病变导管切除及相应部分小叶切除 ,术中均找到病灶 ,术后无 1例复发。结论 :改良导管切除术在治疗乳头良性溢液疾病中是一种损伤小、定位准确、安全可靠的手术方式。

Objective: To evaluate the way of surgical treatment on patients with nipple discharge, make it more accurate, localize and less recurrence. Method: A retrospective study and clinic follow up research on 37 patients with nipple discharge during January of 2000 to January of 2003 was performed. Result: 37 patients with nipple discharge except 4 patients with malignant tumor were treated by duct excision and involved lobule excision. All the patients in operation can be find the focus and after operation with no recurrence. Conclusion: Modifier duct excision is a safe, accurate, reliable way of operation and with less damage treatment for patients with benign nipple discharge.
