80例脑脓肿治疗体会

Cured experience of 80 brain abscess

目的 :分析脑脓肿的病因。影像学表现 ,选择最佳治疗 ,提高治疗效果。方法 :回顾 80例脑脓肿的病因 ,影像学表现和治疗方法。结果 :脑脓肿好发青年人 ,血源性和隐源性脓肿发病率升高。CT、MRI可明确诊断 ,选择最佳手术方法。结论 :CT定位下穿刺排脓可治愈大部分脑脓肿。

Objective:To analyse ,the etiology imaging findings and the best methods of treatment. Methods:The etiology, imaging findings and treatment.Method: Were retrospectirely analysed in 80cases with brain adscess. Result:Most of patients were young Brain adscess resulting from cryptogenic infectin and hematogenous spread were mainly etiology with CT and MRI we can differentiate the brain abscess as different stayes and therefore chose the best therapeutical method.Conclusion: By orienting with CT we can cure most of brain abscess by simple aspiration.
