基于网关数据传送机制的MIS和SCADA系统数据共享技术

DATA SHARING TECHNIQUE FOR MIS AND SCADA BASED ON GATEWAY DATA TRANSMISSION MECHANISM

MIS和SCADA是电力系统生产管理和运行的重要组成部分,实现这两个异构系统的集成和数据交换对于促进电力系统的信息化发展具有重要意义。在对比现有的四种MIS与SCADA的集成方式后,提出了一种基于网关数据传送机制实现MIS与SCADA互连的技术方案。这种实现方法既可以保证SCADA的安全又可以实现两个异构系统的集成和数据共享。

Because MIS and SCADA are two important constituents in power system administration and operation, it is significant to implement the integration and data switching between these two heterogeneous systems for further development of power system based on information engineering. After the comparison of the four existing modes to integrate MIS with SCADA, on the basis of gateway data transmission mechanism a new mode to integrate MIS with SCADA is presented by which not only the two heterogeneous systems can be integrated and the data in these systems can be shared, but also the security of SCADA can be ensured.
