摘要
目的 :研究野罂粟药材的根、茎、叶、花、壳、种子等部位中总生物碱和野罂粟碱的分布及含量测定情况 ,为合理开发这一资源提供理论依据。方法 :总生物碱含量测定采用非水滴定法 ;野罂粟碱的测定采用 HPLC法 ,色谱柱为 Discovery C1 8(2 5 0× 4 .6 mm,5 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 :水 :二乙胺(5 5 0 :4 5 0 :0 .4 5 ) ,检测波长为 2 6 1 nm。结果 :野罂粟植株中总生物碱和野罂粟碱的含量高低分布顺序均为 :壳 >种子 >花 >叶 >茎 >根。结论
Object To study the distribution and determination of total alkaloid and nudicauline in the plants of papaver nudicaule. Methods Non-aqueous titration method was develeped for the determination of total alkaloid in plants of papaver nudicaule. HPLC method was develeped for the determination of nudicauline in the plants of papaver nudicaule on C18 column in methanol-water-triethylamine ( 550: 450: 0.45) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 261nm.. Results The distribution and determination of total alkaloid and nudicauline in the plants of papaver nudicaule were: husk >seed> flower >leaf >stem >root. Conclusion They were synchronism and correlation.
