摘要
目的 :探讨 VEGF在甲状腺滤泡性肿瘤中的表达意义。方法 :用免疫组化 SP法 ,检测 1 5例甲状腺滤泡性腺瘤、2 1例甲状腺滤泡癌中 VEGF的表达。结果 :在甲状腺滤泡性腺瘤、滤泡癌中 ,VEGF表达阳性率分别为 2 0 .0 %、6 1 .9% ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective To investigate the significance of the expression of VEGF in follicular thyroid tumor. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VEGF in 15 follicular thyroid adenomas and 21 follicular thyroid carcinomas. Results The positite rates of VEGF in follicular thyroid adenomas, follicular thyroid carcinoma were 20.0%, 61.9% respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion VEGF may be a good marker of differentiation and behavior in follicular thyroid tumor.
