摘要
利用国产WRT - 3P型微热量天平与英国产KM 910 0 6烟气分析仪联用对不同变质程度的超细煤粉进行了超细煤粉低温 (小于 80 0℃ )燃烧实验 ,并应用QuinTox -Fire Work软件对燃烧过程中NOx 和SO2 的生成量进行跟踪检测、数据采集和整理。实验表明煤经超细化处理后 ,煤粉燃烧过程中NOx 和SO2 的生成特性发生了改变。同时 ,超细煤粉在燃烧过程中产生的CO延缓了煤表面发生的强氧化反应 ,有利于H2 S与煤中其他矿物质的反应生成硫化物如CaS。
The low temperature (<800℃) combustion experiment with different degree of coalification ultra-fine pulverized coal was conducted by using the WRT-3P micro-thermal balance and KM91006 gas analytic instrument. The Quintox-Firework software is used for tracking detection, data collections and regulations of NO_x and SO_2 formation amount during the combustion process. The result is shown that, NO_x and SO_2 formation performance after ultra-fine treatment have been changed during the pulverized coal combustion process. At the same time, the CO that is produced in the ultra-fine pulverized coal combustion process retarded the strong oxidation reaction on the surface of coal. It is beneficial to the H_2S reacted with other mineral in coal and to produce sulfur compound such as CaS.
