摘要
电网的电压控制和无功优化是提高电压合格率,降低网损,提高系统稳定性的有效手段。基于SCADA的地区级电网VQC程序是在现有设备基础上,通过编制软件实现的一种无功优化和电压控制方法。以一个地区级电网VQC程序设计为例,对区域电网VQC的控制原则进行了详细探讨,并对其实用化提出了一些处理方法。
Voltage control and reactive power optimization are effective means to increase rate of qualified voltage, reduce grid losses, and improve the system stability. The SCADA based voltage qualification control (VQC) program for district network is a reactive power optimization and voltage control method based on existing equipment and realized through programmed software. Using a district network as an example, this paper discusses control strategy of district network VQC and proposes some applicable treatment methods.
