摘要
以南京气象学院2001级四个本科女大学生健美操选项班为研究对象,通过问卷调查和实验对比,进行教法效果分析后认为:教学初期效果较好并宜采用的主要教法组合为讲解示范法、带领法、直观法、完整一分解一完整教学等;在中后期则侧重采用念动式教学、启发式教学、创新教学等教法则更有效。
Taking four aerobics classes for research object,by means of the questionnaire and investigation, this paper analyses in the early period of teaching, it should adapt the combination of demonstrated approach,leading approach and direct approach;It must be effective to adopt creative teaching in the late period of teaching.
