棉花球运动是一项以扣蓝为中心的民族特色项目,具有趣味性高,观赏性强,易普及,易推广的特点,通过教学与实验表明能使学生在较短的时间内提高力量、速度、灵敏等身体索质,此项目适合在大中专各类学校推广。
Cotton ball game is an event centering on dunk shot with Tujia characteristics, which is very interesting,strongly view - worthy and easfly popularized. Teaching and experiment show that it can improve the students'strength, speed, stamina and ability in a short period of time.It is appropriate to popularize this sport in all types of schools.
