就创新素质的构成、教学观念的转变、创新教学模式和创新考核体系进行论述,提出高校体育为了适应创新教育,必须更新观念,改进教学,营造环境,才能培养出具有创新能力的高素质人才。

By analyzing the formation of creative quality, change of teaching notion, creative teaching model and creative merit system, this paper puts forward some new notion of renewing the idea,improving the teaching and building environmed,so as to train the high quality talerts with creative ability.
