运用文献资料法、走访调查法,分析了高校青年体育教师的一系列心理问题,并提出了一些针对这些心理问题的调适办法。

By means of documents and investigation, this article analyzes a series of problems of youth P.E. teachers' psychological health in university. It also puts fonward some measures to deal with the problems.
