体育教师专业化发展与体育教育专业课程改革的思考

Teacher Professional Development in PE and Considering to Curriculum Reform of PE Profession

我国教师教育已经进入了一个从数量满足向质量提高转变的历史新时期,教师专业化是世界教师教育发展的趋势和潮流,也是我国教师教育改革的需要和方向。笔者从体育教师专业化发展出发,运用文献资料研究和理论分析方法,对体育教师专业发展的特征与取向、体育教师专业化发展的教育基础进行了分析,并对目前我国师范体育教育专业的课程改革进行了思考。

Teacher professionalization is the trend of the world teacher education development and the orientation of our country teacher education reform. On the perspectives of teacher professional in PE, by the methods of documents and theory analysis, this paper has analyzed the characteristics and orientation of PE teacher Professional development and education basis, and considering the curriculum reform of profession in PE for our country at present.
