摘要 介绍了一种在航空制造和卫星通信领域,用于复杂频率选择表面加工的机器人数字化加工系统及其应用于大型曲面的加工方法。结合曲面本身的结构特点,提出了在曲面位姿标定和曲面分区方法,大大提高了FSS曲面的加工效率。目前该系统已经成功完成了频率选择表面雷达罩的加工试验。 This paper introduces a kind of Robot Digital Machining System in order to process complex Frequency Selective Surfaces which apply in aeronautic machining area and satellite communication area, and also introduces the practical operation method. Combining the construction of flexural surface this paper puts forward a way to locate point in the flexural surface and subarea the surface. This way improved the efficiency of FSS surface machining. Now, the system has succeeded completing the examination of Frequency Selective Surfaces machining.
