This paper described the implementation of Auto-Measuring Instruments making up of PC104 module based on Windows CE and GPIB interface based on MCS51 Microcontroller.Data transmission between GPIB bus and Microcontroller and serial communication between PC104 and Microcontroller are the vital parts of the measurement system. It is explicated how to connect the hardware and design the software.
