TRF6901是TI公司推出的单片射频收发器。该芯片内含完整的发射和接收电路 ,因而特别适合ISM频段内数据的半双工双向无线传输。它和TRF6900相比具有发射功率大、价格低、适用电压范围宽、使用简单、外围器件少等优点。文中介绍了TRF6901的结构、原理。
TRF6901is a single-chip RF transceiver produced by TI Inc.It integrated the complete transmit and receive module.The Chip is very suit for the date transmission half-duplex in ISMfrequency band.Compared with TRF6900,ithas characteristic of large transmitpower,lowcost,wide applictaion votage,easyto use,little peˉripheral element and so on.The structure,principle,feature and application circuit of TRF6901are also given.
