对铅球教学方法的研究与尝试

A New Attempt To Shot Teaching In P.E. Class

本文针对我院学生五项身体素质《达标》测试成绩结果,对铅球成绩进行分析,随机抽样二年级两个班的男生"以测向滑步推铅球"为研究内容,采用"双盲实验"法,利用实心球通过模仿分解、辅助设施、素质训练相结合,完成成套动作等各种练习形式,参照对比,结果新教法在短期教学中,收到良好的教学效果,成绩显著提高,此教法有推广之必要,便于同行借鉴.

Judging from the unsatisfactory exam result of shot throwing, a new teaching approach is urgently needed to make improvement. This paper is intended to introduce an acceptable method which has been tested in two classes and with which all the testees have made rapid progress in shot throwing.
