从哲学上深入理解“三个代表”的科学内涵,是学习“三个代表”的重要基础。“三个代表”哲学基础体现在三个方面:认识论基础——坚持一切从实际出发,能动地反映当代中国和世界的新变化;群众史观基础——坚持执政为民,始终以维护、发展最广大人民群众的根本利益为最高标准;社会观基础——坚持实事求是,清醒观察并科学把握社会主义社会基本矛盾运动的规律。

Deep philosophic comprehension of the connotation of 'the Three Representations' constructs the foundation to study 'the Three Representations'. The instructional basis gets incarnated in three aspects: namely epistemological basis--sticking to basing all on facts; Dynamic reflection of the new changes of the current China and world; The basis of the mass historic viewpoint--sticking to administration for the people with the highest standard to uphold & promote the benefit of the broadest masses; and the sociological outlook--adhering to the principle of seeking truth from facts, and soberly observing & handling the laws of the motion of social basic contradictions.
