Tentative Comparative Study of the Origins of Chinese Literature and British Literature

文章通过中英两国文学源流的部分比较,认为中国文学历史悠久、成果丰盛。随着我国国力的增强,国际地位的提高,中国文学的辉煌将被世界人民充分认识,恢复在世界文学宝库中应有的地位。

This article,through a partial comparison between the origins of Chinese literature and British literature,shows the long history and rich products of Chinese literature. It is the authors` wish that with the growth of our national strength and influence,our literature would be fully recognized by the whole world and its proper position in the treasure house of world literature would be rightly recovered.
