摘要
通过分析五轴联动数控加工机床结构,建立了五轴数控加工机床模型。根据刀位文件(刀心坐标和刀轴矢量),利用坐标变换原理,推导出了坐标变换公式,得到了机床角度分配和刀心在机床坐标系中的位置,从而为从刀具轨迹到数控代码生成提供了方法。
This paper analyses the structure of five-axes coordinated numerical controlling machine tools, and establishes the mathematical model of five axes NC machine tools. Based on the cutter location files of cutter coordinates and cutter shaft vectors, according to the theory of coordinate transform, this paper deduces out the formulas of coordinate transform, and derives angle distribution and cutter center in the machine coordinates. It provides a practical method for converting cutter path to NC codes.
