摘要
面对五年制高等职业教育学生心理发展尚未完全成熟,具有较大的可变性和复杂性的特点,班主任工作将更加复杂、灵活、细致和系统,必须做到深入细微、对症下药,抓好典型、带动整体,切实把优化环境和强化素质结合起来,从管理艺术的角度做好班主任工作。
Due to the psychological immature of the five - year students of higher vocational education, they appear to be more variable and complicated. The head teachers for these students require more complex, flexible, delicate, and systematical in class management. It is necessary to suit the remedy to the cases, seeking the typical case to apply to the whole, integrating the optimizing the circumstance and improving the quality, in order to be a better head teacher for the juvenile.
