摘要
目的 :通过对 30对习惯性流产夫妇新生儿溶血病 (HDN)的检测 ,指导临床的诊断和治疗。方法 :试管法检测血型及倍比稀释法检测特异性抗体效价。结果 :本组 30对习惯性流产夫妇 93.3%有明显的抗体效价升高。结论 :O型血的妇女 ,而其丈夫的血型为非O型者 ,检查抗体效价在 1/ 2 5 6以上者要格外重视 ,对抗体效价高的习惯性流产者可进行监测治疗。
Objective To help the clinical diagn ose and treatment by the HDN test applied on 30 couples of habit abortion.Methods To identify the blood type by Tube-method and the density of s p ectacular antibody by multiplicational - attenuating method .Results 93.3 % of the 30 cases of the habit abortion get obviously higher spectacular antibody density.Conclusion The couple that an O-typed female mar r ies a non-o-typed male and the antibody density higher than 1/256 should be pa id on mere attention and the cases with experienced habit abortion should take gui ded treatment.
