血流灌注治疗重症有机磷中毒临床观察

Clincal Observe of Hemodialys is to Treat Organophos Phorous Insecticides Poisonous

目的 :通过回顾性分析 ,观察血流灌注对重症有机磷中毒的疗效。方法 :88例重度有机磷中毒患者分为治疗组及对照组 ,比较两组间在症状缓解时间 ,住院时间 ,死亡率及并发症方面的差别。结果 :对照组 :症状缓解时间4 8h ,平均住院 11d ,死亡率 70 % ,并发症 3例 ;治疗组 :症状缓解时间 2h ,平均住院 10 .9d ,死亡率 0 % ,无一例并发症。两组间疗效存在明显差异 ,(P <0 .0 1)结论 :血流灌注能提高肟类化合物在有机磷中毒中 ,对中毒酶的复能有促进及增强作用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of hemodialys i s to organophos phorous insecticides poisonous patierts by retrospective study. Methods 88 poisonous patierts were divided into control gruos and investigation grous,study the difference of sympton ameliorable time,hospiatlice d time,mortality and complication of two groups patients.Results c ontrol group:sympton ameliorable time is 48 hours average hospitalized time is 1 1 days,mortality is 70 %,patients have conplication.Investigate group:symption ameliorable time is 2 hours,average hospitalized time is 10.4 days,mouality is 0 %,patients have complication,there were sigbificant difference of two groups. Conclusion The hemo dialysis have very significant effect and can in creast.restore heafth ratio of organophosphorous insecticides poisonous patients .
