Efficient development of coal-bed gas

煤层气储层与常规油气储层具有极大的差异性 ,其产出特点也不同 ,常规油气开发技术已明显不适用于煤层气开发。本文从煤层物性的特殊性和保护煤层的角度出发 ,指出我国煤层气开发的难点 ;根据我国煤层特点研究分析了煤层气泡沫钻井、波动水力压裂和定向羽状水平井技术的适用性 ,并对定向羽状水平井技术在沁水煤层气田开发中应用的可行性进行了论述。

There is a big difference between coal-bed gas reservoir and conventional oil and gas reservoir. Their production features are also different. The technology for conventional oil and gas development does not fit coal-bed gas development. With consideration of coal-bed features, for the purpose of coal-bed protection, this paper indicates the difficulty of coal-bed development. The applicability of foam drilling, fluctuating hydraulic fracturing, and directed feather horizontal well are analyzed as per features of coal-bed in China. This paper also discusses the feasibility of directed feather horizontal well in Qinshui coal-bed gas field development. These techniques will play an important role in commercial development of coal-bed gas in China.
