中小民营企业在我国经济建设中发挥着重要作用。然而,我国的中小民营企业的生存期相当短暂,有的甚至是昙花一现。究其原因是中小民营企业的管理方式落后、盲目追求规模以及缺乏对企业人力资源的正确认识。
