Al2O3/hBN层状自润滑复合材料的组成与显微结构分析

摘要 在Al2O3陶瓷中掺杂六方氮化硼(hBN)达到了系统自润滑的效果,同时以hBN作为 弱界面层引入自润滑复合陶瓷基体,设计了Al2O3 hBN层状结构,对该层状复合材料的显微 结构及相组成进行研究表明,当基体中hBN含量为10%,烧成温度为1650℃时,BN不会熔融 而且可以均匀弥散在基体中。 Some hexangular nitride boron (shorted for hBN) was mixed in Al_2O_3 ceramic matrix in order to gain self-lubricating effect. At the same time the hBN as the weak interface was introduced to the self-lubricating compound ceramic then the Al_2O_3-hBN laminated structure was designed. Phase composing and microstructure of laminated composite were researched and the result indicated that BN would not fuse and could disperse equably in the ceramic matrix when the content of BN was 10% and the firing temperature was 1650℃.
