关于农民增收问题的几点思考

农民是当今中国积贫积弱的庞大社会群体熏增收致富是中国绝大多数农民的根本利益,也是我党农村政策的根本出发点和落脚点。然而熏近几年农民收入增长十分缓慢,城乡收入差距持续扩大,这种状况已经严重影响我国继续保持国民经济高速增长的局面。我国农民收入增长为何如此缓慢芽农民负担为何如此之重芽如何使农民收入增长进入“快车道”芽本文主要以这些问题为主线熏通过对农民收入及负担现状的分析熏初步阐述了造成这些问题的原因熏并进一步探寻了在市场经济体制下的农民增收之路。

Farmers constitute the most part of the poor in China.Increasing their income and making them rich,which are the fundamental interests of Chinese farmers,are the basis of rural policies of our Par-ty.However,their income has been increasing rather slowly during the recent years and the income disparity between cities and rural areas has extended compared with the past.This situation has seriously affected the economy growth of our country.Why has Chinese farmers' income been increasing so slowly?Why is there such heavy burden on them?How to increase their income rapidly?The article mainly talks about these questions.Through the analysis of the current situation about farmers' income and burden,the article brings the cause for it to light and furthermore finds some market-based policies to increase their income.
