摘要
电大辅导教师的角色定位应以处于“中心位置”的学生为参照物,当好助学者,当好学生的指导老师;电大辅导教师是整个课程远程教学中的一个有机组成部分,其助学手段不应仅仅局限于“面授讲解”,必须开展导学方式多元化的探索,其中,即便是面授辅导课,也有别于传统的“系统面授”,而应被界定为一种独立成型的、新的教学形式;并据此试验成一种在具体的课程教学中,所实行的“五元三环交互式”教学,以五种不同的导学方法,通过五种不同方式的互动,使学生步入五种相应的学习形态。
The teachers of TV University should be'students-oriented'and orient his/her role toward a qualified assistant and tutor to the students.The teacher serves as a component of the whole distance course teaching.Their teaching methods should not be confined to'face-to-face teaching'and the multiple teaching methods should be conducted.Even the'face-to-face'teaching should be differentiated from the traditional'systematic face-to-face teaching'and it should be defined as a new independent teaching form,from which a method has been tested and applied to teaching practice.This is the'Quinary Manners Plus Ternary Rings Interaction',which means tutors enable the students to step into five related studying forms in five different guiding manners together with five different ways of interaction.
