摘要
我国 2001 年和 2002 年鞋类产品的产销量达到历史新高,年产量平均达到 65 亿双,占世界总产量的一半以上,已成为世界第一制鞋大国。我国胶鞋分会从对全国八大产鞋区有代表性的生产企业橡胶消耗量的调查,发现我国制鞋产业的问题,从而提出支持民营企业的发展,加大科技投入,加快产品结构的调整,大力实施名牌战略、培育和铸造世界级民族品牌等 4 大建议。
In years of 2002 and 2003, the production and sale of rubber shoes reached the highest level in China, the annual output reached 65 hundred millions pares of shoes. And was more than 50% output in the world, China has become the first shoes production country in the world. The branch of rubber shoes had investigated the 8 large production shoes areas in China for the rubber consumption of the represen- tative production enterprises. They found the problem and put forword the developing stratagem of support non state run enterprises and increased the investment in the science and technology, speed up the adjustment of products, carring the name brand stratagem, breeding and founding the nationality famous brand in the world.
