原板结晶取向对镀锡板耐蚀性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 通过测试原板的结晶取向及原板经过相同的生产工艺得到的镀锡板的合金 锡电偶值 (ATC值 ) ,研究了原板结晶取向对镀锡板耐蚀性的影响 ,讨论了其影响机理。结果表明 :原板结晶取向对镀锡板耐蚀性的影响显著 ,2 0 0晶面的取向度的上升将有利于提高镀锡板耐蚀性 ;对镀锡板耐蚀性的影响过程是 :原板结晶取向影响合金层的生长速度和形貌 。 Effect of crystal orientation of black plate on the corrosion resistance of tinplate was studied by measuring the crystal orientation of black plates and the ATC value of tinplates,and the mechanism was also discussed.Results show that crystal orientation of black plate has important influences on the corrosion resistance of tinplate.Corrosion resistance of tinplate will increases as orientation degree of 200-crystal plane of black plate increases.The effect mechanism is that crystal orientation of black plate influences the growth rate and pattern of Sn-Fe alloy layer,else growth rate and pattern of Sn-Fe alloy layer influence the corrosion resistance of tinplate.
