Producing Process Development of the Carboxymethyl Porous Starch

先使用α-淀粉酶水解玉米淀粉制备多孔淀粉,再以多孔淀粉为原料,用乙醇溶剂法,一氯乙酸制取羧甲基多孔淀粉的方法,探讨反应温度、反应时间、氢氧化钠用量、一氯乙酸用量、乙醇浓度等对产品粘度的影响。以粘度为目标,通过正交试验方法确定最佳工艺条件。

The porous carboxymethyl starch is an important kind of carboxmethyl starch with great prospects of application. In this papers,the porous carboxymethyl starch was prepared with α-amylase and monochloroacctic acid. The orthogonal experiment was employed to choose the optimum technology conditions, the reaction temperature,reaction time,the concentration of the ethyl alcohol,etc.
