There still exist many abuses in China's foreign trade enterprise groups. The practice of the stock system transformation will greatlty improve its management. In this article the author points out the concrete ways and some problems to be noticed in the implementation of stock system in the foreign trade enterprise groups. He also demonstrates the operation target function and methods to handle several management relations.
