Ideas on Establishing the Mechanism of Self—Responsibility for Gain and Loss in Foreign Trade Enterprises

由于多方面的原因,外贸企业亏损挂帐现象较严重,企业只能负盈,不能负亏,因此,要建立效益型的经营机制,优化出口商品结构,提高企业的管理水平,办好外贸出口商品生产基地,进一步挖掘企业的内部潜力以提高其经济效益,使之具备负亏的经济实力。

Owing to many reasons, loss in foreigh trade enterprises is still rather serious. Enterprises can only hold responsibility for gain but not for loss. So we should establish the management mechanism of effectiveness, improve the export mechanism of merchandise, raise the management level for enterprises, run well the production bases of foreign trade export merchandise, further tap the potentiality of the enterprises in order to improve the economic strength to hold the responsibility for loss.
