The problem of intellectual property has been placed on the agenda of GATT. While discusing it, we shouldn't exclude it out of the sphere of the international law. The author expounded the problem of publishing right and that of industrial property right in great detail.After the return to GATT, China should pay attention to it in at least two aspects if the documents of intellectual property concerned with GATT go into effect.
