急性冠状动脉综合征患者C反应蛋白含量测定

摘要 目的 :探讨急性冠状动脉综合征 (ACS)患者血清C反应蛋白 (CRP)的含量变化。方法 :采用免疫比浊法测定 4 0例不稳定型心绞痛患者、4 0例急性心肌梗死患者和 80例健康体检者的血清CRP含量。结果 :ACS患者血清CRP含量显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;CRP在不稳定型心绞痛及急性心肌梗死组中的阳性率分别为 75 %和 82 %。结论 Objectve:To discuss the change of content of c-reactive protein (CRP) for patients with the acute coronary artery syndrome (ACS). Methods: CRP levels of 40 patients with unstable angina pectoris, 40 patients with acute myocardial infarction and 80 persons of normal health examination were measured. Results: There were significant differences for CRP levels among the acute coronary artery syndrome groups and control group (P<0.01).Conclusion: CRP could be regarded as an indicator of acute coronary artery syndrome
