对以综合商社为模式改造中国外贸企业的再思考

Tranform China's FTE After the Mode of south Korea's Chaebol

近年来我国理论界不断有人提出要以日本综合商社为模式改造中国外贸企业。本文在对中日经济环境的对比分析中对日本综合商社模式在中国的适用性提出了质疑。通过对综合商社模式的国际横向比较研究,认为韩国综合商社是一种可供我国借鉴的外贸企业改造模式,并据此提出了如何构造中国综合商社的5点设想。

In recent years experts in China's theoretic circle constantly suggested that the country's foreign trade enterprises should be restructured after the mode of Japan's comprehensive business groups.The author of this paper, however, queries the validity of this statement. A crosswise comparative study of the comprehensive business groups or chaebol, shows that South Korea's comprehensive business groups are good to follow. Five points of view are here proposed. (
