外语教学调频台的建设和管理是学校实验教学管理的一个组成部分。回顾外语教学调频台的发展历史,使我们认识到进一步规划和建设外语教学调频台不仅是必须的,也是必要的。我们可以从根据“听说先行”的外语教学要求制订外语教学的发展规划、配置数字调频台和相应的管理人员、合理编排调频台节目、科学分配节且时段等方面来全面规划外语教学调频台的建设;同时还应该看到外语教学调频台建设中应解决的一些问题。

The construction and operation of an FM radio broadcasting station for the teaching of foreign languages is a part of experimental teaching and administration at college. Recalling the past, weve found that ifs not only integrant but also necessary to further plan and construct it. From the requirement of 'listening and speaking preferential' in foreign languages teaching, we'd better work out a program of development, deploy a digital FM radio broadcasting station and corresponding operating personnel, arrange programs logically and allocate the periods of time scientifically, etc, when it is constructed. And at the same time some problems should be solved, which occur in the construction of an FM radio broadcasting station.
