Property Rights Institution and Economic Growth

从产权制度的产生、概念、种类、特征、功能及产权制度的选择出发 ,提出产权的效率可用四个标准来衡量 :产权的普遍性、排他性、可转让性和可分割性 ,并指出保护私有财产权利的重要性 ,对于我国当前的经济改革具有重要的现实指导意义。

The paper studies the generation, concept, kind, characteristic, function and choice of property right institution. It indicates that the efficiency of property right can be measured with four standards, that is, universality, exclusivity, transferability and separability, it also points out the importance of protecting private property. So, it has important practical significance for present economic reform in China.
