民营企业融资难和企业债券市场的发展是近年来的两个热点问题。民营企业发行债券融资是拓展其融资渠道的方向之一 ,同时也是发展债券市场的客观需要。进一步规范和壮大民营企业 ,加强债券市场各项制度建设 ,是发展债券市场的必要保障。

The difficulty in private enterprises financing and the development of bond market are two hot topics in recent years. One of the important measures for private enterprises is issuing bonds, and it is also in need of developing bond market. This paper points out that we should both standardize private enterprises and strengthen the construction of bond market system, and finally, the mutual promoting phase will come.
