毛泽东同志为我们树立了走群众路线的光辉典范。但到了晚年 ,他混淆群众路线和群众运动的界限 ,过分夸大人的主观能动性 ,忽视群众的物质利益 ,轻视知识分子 ,因此使实践群众路线陷入误区。回顾毛泽东同志实践群众路线的得与失 ,留给我们深刻的启示 :贯彻党的群众路线必须与实践“三个代表”重要思想紧密相结合。

Comrade Mao Ze-dong set up a brilliant example for us in carrying out mass line. But he Confused mass line with mass compaign in his old age, excessively exaggerating man's subjective initiative, overlooking mass's material interests, looking down upon knowledge and intellectual .In the end, practising mass line was immersed in errors. Looking back Mao Ze-dong's success and failure in practising mass line, we get a deep enlightenment : We must tightly combine carrying out Party's mass line with practising the important thoughts of “three representatives”.
